Male infertility what’s the chance of conceiving?

My husband and I have been ttc for over a year now. So far all of my test have came back great. My dh has only 13% Morphology. Most of his sperm are abnormally shaped. We go back for a lab this month unless we get a bfp “fingures crossed.” My question is, what is the chance of us conceiving naturally vs. using IUI or IVF? Thanks so much!
