Acupuncture for fertility?

After my first treatment of acupuncture for fertility, I didn’t feel anything different and did not ovulate. I have to admit that I may not have been in the right frame of mind as I was upset and stressed that day. One week later (last night) I went back and she put the needles in different points and seemed to spend more time focusing on where to put them – especially on my left side which has felt “blocked” to me and which she picked up on. As soon as I got up and for the rest of the night, I had dull aching pain in my ovary area especially on the left side. Is it possible I ovulated right away? My temperature spiked really high this morning but I also don’t feel well today so will have to see if it stays up.

save your money, it’s all placebo. If you get pregnant it’s nothing to do with the acupuncture. See your doctor to make sure there is no underlying reason for not getting pregnant, take your partner with you.
